The CT Scan showed no change. The bleed is still there, but is not any bigger. Canon's condition is still critical but stable. He now has a new set of nurses who are trained in operating the drain in his head. They are very attentive to Canon. He has a respiratory infection and is receiving very powerful antibiotics. Today the nurse opened Canon's eyes and I talked to him. His eyes followed my voice. It was comforting to know he hears my voice and realizes I am there. I continue to thank you for all your special prayers and notes. Carla

Canon,

Precious little one, hang in there. Keep fighting this while you rest, knowing that you are so loved. Your amazing mom and the rest of your family and people you have never met are routing for you every second.

Sweet dreams tonight,
Chandra

I'm here from Everyday Mommy. I have no words other than to say,
Father God, You do all things well. It is Your will to heal this precious child. Jesus, while You were here on earth, You never turned anyone away. Your word says that You heal ALL our diseases. Lord, together with Canon and his family, we stand on that promise. Those are Your words Father, not ours. Father thank You for this beautiful boy. Thank You for getting him and his family this far. Canon, we speak life to you. We command that your little body come into alignment with the authority of Christ Jesus and work properly...all blood vessels, heart, muscles, veins, tissue, organs, brain cells...everything from the top of your head to the sole of your feet. We say to you Canon that you have the mind of Christ. You have been given a spirit of power and a sound mind. Peace to you Canon's mommy, peace to you Canon's daddy...know that you are loved and that Father God sees you where you are. In Jesus' name amen.

I am so sorry for your fear and your pain. May God heal your son, and may he heal your whole life as well.

Hang in there, Carla! As soon as Teresa can come to the hospital, we are sending you cards and a box of cards from friends in Houston! People are praying everywhere. I know that at least 160 or more people clicked over from my site between last night and today at 10am because of a link on Shannon's blog (Rocks in My Dryer). Hopefully each one of them said a prayer for Canon. :)

May God heal your little boy and give you strength to endure the hospital stay. My prayers are with you guys always...

Carla-

I pray peace that passes all understanding. I pray for healing of little Canon's body. I pray for comfort to you and your mother-I also pray comfort for Canon. I pray that in the midst of all of this that God's presence will be so evident to you that you will not doubt wheter He is in the storm with you. I pray that the need for others to pray will continue to spread farther than we could imagine. God bless you in the storm-may He lead you to a quiet place for you to rest.

God bless
Susan

First of all, I am praying for your wonderful little boy Cameron.

Maybe I am wrong, but all I ever hear is if you have a stroke you need to immediately have the drug that reverses all the effect of the stroke and the clot needs to be removed asap...why did they wait so long between 5pm and 12am, maybe they administered the drug and then did the surgery. Well, my heart tells me he is in good hands and my thoughts prayers are with you all! Be strong little Mommy! :)

Just know that my prayers go out to you and to little Canon and to the doctor's that, they are given divine knowledge to treat his condition. I pray to our awesome God to be with you and to give you peace that passes all understanding.
